Bratt Pans

A bratt pan (sometimes called a tilt skillet) really is a superbly versatile piece of commercial kitchen equipment. Designed for the biggest, busiest establishments, huge quantities of food can be cooked in a wide variety of ways - perfect for mass catering kitchens.

Bratt pans are generally freestanding and include a large, wide single-piece cooking pot and lid. Due to their size, a bratt pan usually has either an electric or manually operated tilting mechanism, which makes dispensing food and cleaning the machine easier.
